  All the papers submitted by the authors are subject to mandatory review.

  The review process involves leading scientists and specialists in the relevant fields of knowledge, science and technology who have publications on the conference topics over the past 3 years. The selection of reviewers is carried out by the Editorial Board. The review is just one-sided.

  The reviewer has the right to use the standard form of the review (see below) or write a review in a free form.

  The author of the paper has the access to his/her review only. In this case, the surname of the reviewer is removed from the review.

  Basing on the results of the review, the Editorial Board decides either to include the paper to the Conference Proceedings or not.

  Information about the decision is available to the authors in a personal account at the Conference Website. In addition, the author can be notified by e-mail.

  The reviews are kept in the publishing house and in the editorial office of the publication for 5 years.

• 8

  The editorial board undertakes to send copies of reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request to the editorial office of the publication.
