The operator of the MES-conference is the Moscow Scientific and Technical Society of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Communications (MNTORES) named after A.S. Popov, which has existed since 1955. The main tasks of this public organization are to conduct scientific and technical and scientific–practical conferences, seminars, symposiums, etc. MNTOREC has been involved in the organization of MES-conferences since its establishment in 2005, providing great organizational and financial support for the event and making a great contribution to the smooth operation of the conference and the publication of its scientific works.
