MEA Conference -2023 is organized and conducted with IPPM RAS.

It is created in 1986 IPPM RAS since 2017 is part of institutions subordinated to the Ministry of education and science, and is under the supervision of the Department of nanotechnologies and information technologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ONIT RAS).
The main purpose of the Institute is to carry out fundamental scientific research and applied developments in the field of designing nano- and microelectronic systems and devices.

The main directions of scientific activity of the Institute are:

• CAD systems in micro-and nanoelectronics,
• research and development of high-performance microelectronic computing systems,
• design of advanced devices and integrated circuits in micro - and nanoelectronics.
